These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website [your store URL]. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms without reservation.

Prices are displayed in euros (€). As the seller operates under ( micro-entrepreneurs) VAT exemption regime:, TVA is non applicable, article 293B du CGI.

Payment methods are accepted via Credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available through Shopify. 

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website [your store URL]. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms without reservation.

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website. Descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible but may contain minor variations.

Shipping costs are indicated before final validation of the order.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been validated. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments can be made via the payment methods available on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). 

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information only. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the consumer protection laws of the European Union, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product of return in case of damage, production error or major delay. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
All prints are made to order (print on demand by third parties), therefor we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product using the original payment method.

 

Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Customer information collected during the order process is used only for order processing and delivery. Data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
